We recently worked with Justin when we bought our first home. I can definitively say that our experience would not nearly have been as enjoyable, informative, or productive if we had not worked with him.Justin is a clear and responsive communicator. Any questions and concerns we brought up during the home searching/buying process, he either could give us an answer right away, or would immediately go searching for one. He is always a call or text away. In addition, he is also incredibly savvy in identifying things that new home buyers just wouldn't know. Whether it was in paperwork or walking around an open house, Justin would always point things out to us that would be so helpful to know as we became more familiar with the process. Even when it came to recommended attorneys, loan providers, inspectors, etc. everyone Justin brought to the table was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. Everyone recommendation to us was top of the line. He was also always able to match the pace at which we we wanted to move through the process perfectly. There was never a time he was too pushy or intense in getting us to look at properties or put offers in, and there was never a time where we felt like he wasn't as engaged or responsive as we would like. He had a great ability to understand the pace we wanted to move at and could work with us where we were most comfortable.
